Hummus with Southeast Asia Sauce

You can dip anything in hummus, but it also makes a great spread for either sandwiches, wraps or even burgers.

Yield: about 2 cups

Time: 45 minutes

Active time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

6 Tbsp Tahini, stirred well

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus extra for garnish

1(14-ounce) can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 Tbsp This Little Goat went to Southeast Asia Sauce

¼ tsp Sriracha

¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice

¼ cup Water

1 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, minced

In food processor add tahini and whip for 2 minutes. Add chickpeas, Southeast Asia Sauce, Sriracha, lemon juice, and water until smooth, about 2 - 3 minutes.

Scrape down bowl. While the machine is running, add oil in a steady stream through feed tube. Scrape again, and continue to process until hummus is smooth and creamy, about 30 - 45 seconds.

Transfer to serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand until flavors meld, at least 30 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
