KALE SALAD w/ RAISINS & PINE NUTS

Kale Salad w/ Raisins & Pine nuts

8 cups curly kale, torn
½ cup This Little Goat Went to Korea
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/3 cup golden raisins
¼ cup peppadew pepper, sliced
½ cup panko breadcrumbs, toasted

Whisk together Korea sauce, lemon juice and olive oil. Set aside.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl.

Drizzle dressing.

Toss to coat.
